One of the main reasons why people perform voluntary work is that they feel an obligation to help others. Muslims see service to others as an act that will reap rewards for them in the hereafter. They feel they are part of one Ummah and must help one another.

Another reason why people perform voluntary work is that they wish to exercise their skills and apply their talents. They may actually want to practice what they have learnt at work in a social or a community environment. Or they may want to learn new ways of doing things that they may use at work. For this reasons, volunteers whose assignments best utilize their abilities, skills, talents and interests are among the most enthusiastic and committed in their organisations.

Tayyibun requires male and female volunteers in the following fields:

(3) Artwork and Designing

(3) Internet support

(4) Registration and Admission

(5) Support workers

(6) Fundraising
